SeatIn is a guest check-in and seating service provided by Antonios Chatziparaskevas (contact: [email protected]) ("SeatIn", "we", "us"). These terms apply to the SeatIn website (panstratan.com) and the SeatIn apps. By creating an account or using SeatIn you agree to them. If you use SeatIn for a company or organisation, you accept them on its behalf.
SeatIn lets event organisers import or build guest lists, arrange tables, check guests in at the door on phones and tablets, see live statistics and export reports. We keep improving SeatIn, so features may be added, changed or removed.
SeatIn is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it reliable and secure, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every event.
SeatIn is currently free; we will give at least 30 days' notice before introducing any charges.
You decide which guest data you upload (for example names, companies, table numbers). For that data you are the controller and SeatIn processes it on your behalf and only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you are allowed to use that data, that you have informed your guests where required, and that you will not upload more than the event needs.
You can delete an event, and with it its guest list, at any time. Event history then keeps only a summary of the event (name, date, venue and totals such as guest and check-in counts) — never guest names. Deleting your account removes everything, including those summaries.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, after warning you where that is reasonable.
SeatIn depends on the internet, on your devices and on third-party services (hosting, app stores, Google). The service may sometimes be slow or unavailable, including during an event. Before every event we recommend that you export your guest list (Export results / auto-reports) and keep a copy available offline.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost revenue, reputational harm or a disrupted event, and, since SeatIn is provided free of charge, we are liable only to the extent the law does not allow liability to be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law, nor your mandatory rights as a consumer.
You can stop using SeatIn and delete your account at any time from Admin → Account Security → Delete account (see how to delete your account). We may end the service for you on 30 days' notice, or straight away for a serious breach of these terms.
We may update these terms. For important changes we will let you know by e-mail or in the app at least 15 days in advance. If you do not agree, you can stop using SeatIn and delete your account before the changes take effect.
These terms are governed by Greek law. Disputes go to the courts of Athens, but if you are a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country and may also go to the courts where you live. Consumers in Greece may also contact the Consumer Ombudsman (Συνήγορος του Καταναλωτή, synigoroskatanaloti.gr).

Το SeatIn είναι υπηρεσία check-in και διάταξης θέσεων καλεσμένων που παρέχεται από τον Αντώνιο Χατζηπαρασκευά (επικοινωνία: [email protected]) («SeatIn», «εμείς»). Οι όροι ισχύουν για τον ιστότοπο του SeatIn (panstratan.com) και τις εφαρμογές SeatIn. Με τη δημιουργία λογαριασμού ή τη χρήση του SeatIn τους αποδέχεστε. Αν χρησιμοποιείτε το SeatIn για εταιρεία ή οργανισμό, τους αποδέχεστε για λογαριασμό του.
Το SeatIn επιτρέπει στους διοργανωτές να εισάγουν ή να φτιάχνουν λίστες καλεσμένων, να στήνουν τραπέζια, να κάνουν check-in στην είσοδο από κινητά και tablets, να βλέπουν ζωντανά στατιστικά και να εξάγουν αναφορές. Βελτιώνουμε συνεχώς το SeatIn, οπότε λειτουργίες μπορεί να προστεθούν, να αλλάξουν ή να αφαιρεθούν.
Το SeatIn παρέχεται «ως έχει» και «όπως είναι διαθέσιμο». Καταβάλλουμε κάθε προσπάθεια να είναι αξιόπιστο και ασφαλές, αλλά δεν εγγυόμαστε ότι θα λειτουργεί χωρίς διακοπές ή σφάλματα ή ότι ταιριάζει σε κάθε εκδήλωση.
Το SeatIn είναι προς το παρόν δωρεάν· θα δώσουμε προειδοποίηση τουλάχιστον 30 ημερών πριν από την εισαγωγή οποιασδήποτε χρέωσης.
Εσείς αποφασίζετε ποια δεδομένα καλεσμένων ανεβάζετε (π.χ. ονόματα, εταιρείες, αριθμούς τραπεζιών). Για αυτά τα δεδομένα είστε ο υπεύθυνος επεξεργασίας και το SeatIn τα επεξεργάζεται για λογαριασμό σας και μόνο για να παρέχει την υπηρεσία, όπως περιγράφεται στην Πολιτική Απορρήτου. Δηλώνετε ότι έχετε δικαίωμα να χρησιμοποιείτε τα δεδομένα αυτά, ότι έχετε ενημερώσει τους καλεσμένους όπου απαιτείται και ότι δεν θα ανεβάζετε περισσότερα από όσα χρειάζεται η εκδήλωση.
Μπορείτε οποτεδήποτε να διαγράψετε μια εκδήλωση και μαζί τη λίστα καλεσμένων της. Το Ιστορικό εκδηλώσεων κρατά τότε μόνο μια σύνοψη (όνομα, ημερομηνία, χώρο και σύνολα, όπως αριθμό καλεσμένων και check-in) — ποτέ ονόματα καλεσμένων. Η διαγραφή του λογαριασμού σας αφαιρεί τα πάντα, μαζί και αυτές τις συνόψεις.
Συμφωνείτε να μην:
Μπορούμε να αναστείλουμε ή να κλείσουμε λογαριασμό που παραβιάζει αυτούς τους κανόνες, με προηγούμενη προειδοποίηση όπου αυτό είναι εύλογο.
Το SeatIn εξαρτάται από το internet, τις συσκευές σας και υπηρεσίες τρίτων (φιλοξενία, καταστήματα εφαρμογών, Google). Η υπηρεσία μπορεί κατά διαστήματα να είναι αργή ή μη διαθέσιμη, και κατά τη διάρκεια εκδήλωσης. Πριν από κάθε εκδήλωση σας συνιστούμε να εξάγετε τη λίστα καλεσμένων (Εξαγωγή αποτελεσμάτων / αυτόματες αναφορές) και να κρατάτε αντίγραφο διαθέσιμο εκτός σύνδεσης.
Στο μέτρο που επιτρέπει ο νόμος, δεν ευθυνόμαστε για έμμεση ή αποθετική ζημία, όπως απώλεια εσόδων, βλάβη φήμης ή διαταραχή εκδήλωσης, και, καθώς το SeatIn παρέχεται δωρεάν, ευθυνόμαστε μόνο στον βαθμό που ο νόμος δεν επιτρέπει τον αποκλεισμό της ευθύνης. Τίποτα στους όρους δεν περιορίζει την ευθύνη για δόλο ή βαριά αμέλεια, για θάνατο ή σωματική βλάβη ή άλλη ευθύνη που δεν μπορεί να περιοριστεί κατά τον νόμο, ούτε τα αναγκαστικά σας δικαιώματα ως καταναλωτή.
Μπορείτε να σταματήσετε να χρησιμοποιείτε το SeatIn και να διαγράψετε τον λογαριασμό σας οποτεδήποτε από Admin → Ασφάλεια Λογαριασμού → Διαγραφή λογαριασμού (δείτε πώς διαγράφετε τον λογαριασμό σας). Μπορούμε να τερματίσουμε την υπηρεσία για εσάς με προειδοποίηση 30 ημερών, ή αμέσως σε περίπτωση σοβαρής παραβίασης των όρων.
Μπορεί να ενημερώνουμε τους όρους. Για σημαντικές αλλαγές θα σας ειδοποιούμε με email ή μέσα στην εφαρμογή τουλάχιστον 15 ημέρες νωρίτερα. Αν δεν συμφωνείτε, μπορείτε να σταματήσετε να χρησιμοποιείτε το SeatIn και να διαγράψετε τον λογαριασμό σας πριν τεθούν σε ισχύ.
Οι όροι διέπονται από το ελληνικό δίκαιο. Αρμόδια είναι τα δικαστήρια των Αθηνών· αν όμως είστε καταναλωτής, διατηρείτε την προστασία των αναγκαστικών κανόνων της χώρας σας και μπορείτε να προσφύγετε και στα δικαστήρια του τόπου κατοικίας σας. Οι καταναλωτές στην Ελλάδα μπορούν επίσης να απευθυνθούν στον Συνήγορο του Καταναλωτή (synigoroskatanaloti.gr).

SeatIn est un service d'accueil et de placement des invités fourni par Antonios Chatziparaskevas (contact : [email protected]) (« SeatIn », « nous »). Ces conditions s'appliquent au site SeatIn (panstratan.com) et aux applications SeatIn. En créant un compte ou en utilisant SeatIn, vous les acceptez. Si vous utilisez SeatIn pour une entreprise ou une organisation, vous les acceptez en son nom.
SeatIn permet aux organisateurs d'importer ou de créer des listes d'invités, de disposer les tables, d'enregistrer les arrivées à l'entrée sur téléphones et tablettes, de suivre des statistiques en direct et d'exporter des rapports. Nous améliorons SeatIn en continu : des fonctions peuvent être ajoutées, modifiées ou supprimées.
SeatIn est fourni « en l'état » et « selon disponibilité ». Nous faisons tout pour qu'il soit fiable et sûr, mais nous ne garantissons pas qu'il fonctionnera sans interruption ni erreur, ni qu'il convient à chaque événement.
SeatIn est actuellement gratuit ; nous vous préviendrons au moins 30 jours avant d'introduire tout paiement.
Vous décidez quelles données d'invités vous importez (par ex. noms, entreprises, numéros de table). Pour ces données, vous êtes le responsable du traitement et SeatIn les traite pour votre compte, uniquement pour fournir le service, comme décrit dans notre Politique de confidentialité. Vous confirmez avoir le droit d'utiliser ces données, avoir informé vos invités lorsque c'est nécessaire et ne pas importer plus que ce dont l'événement a besoin.
Vous pouvez supprimer un événement, et avec lui sa liste d'invités, à tout moment. L'historique des événements ne conserve alors qu'un résumé (nom, date, lieu et totaux comme le nombre d'invités et d'arrivées) — jamais de noms d'invités. La suppression de votre compte efface tout, y compris ces résumés.

Nous pouvons suspendre ou fermer un compte qui enfreint ces règles, après vous avoir averti lorsque c'est raisonnable.
SeatIn dépend d'internet, de vos appareils et de services tiers (hébergement, boutiques d'applications, Google). Le service peut parfois être lent ou indisponible, y compris pendant un événement. Avant chaque événement, nous vous recommandons d'exporter votre liste d'invités (Exporter les résultats / rapports auto) et d'en garder une copie accessible hors ligne.
Dans la mesure permise par la loi, nous ne sommes pas responsables des dommages indirects, comme une perte de revenus, une atteinte à la réputation ou un événement perturbé, et, SeatIn étant fourni gratuitement, notre responsabilité n'est engagée que dans la mesure où la loi ne permet pas de l'exclure. Rien dans ces conditions ne limite la responsabilité en cas de faute intentionnelle ou lourde, de décès ou de dommage corporel, ni toute autre responsabilité qui ne peut être limitée par la loi, ni vos droits impératifs de consommateur.
Vous pouvez cesser d'utiliser SeatIn et supprimer votre compte à tout moment depuis Admin → Sécurité du compte → Supprimer le compte (voir comment supprimer votre compte). Nous pouvons mettre fin au service pour vous avec un préavis de 30 jours, ou immédiatement en cas de manquement grave à ces conditions.
Nous pouvons mettre à jour ces conditions. Pour les changements importants, nous vous prévenons par e-mail ou dans l'application au moins 15 jours à l'avance. Si vous n'êtes pas d'accord, vous pouvez cesser d'utiliser SeatIn et supprimer votre compte avant leur entrée en vigueur.
Ces conditions sont régies par le droit grec. Les litiges relèvent des tribunaux d'Athènes ; toutefois, si vous êtes consommateur, vous conservez la protection des règles impératives de votre pays et pouvez aussi saisir les tribunaux de votre lieu de résidence.
